This policy is not final
This document is a structural template. It reflects how NOKOÏ intends to operate, but it has not been completed with the company’s registered details or reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It is not yet a binding policy and no orders can be placed while it is in this state.
01What we use
This site uses a deliberately small number of cookies and equivalent local storage entries. None of them are used for advertising, and we do not sell or share data with ad networks.
02Essential
Set without consent, because the site cannot function without them:
- Cart identifier — remembers the contents of your cart between visits. Removed when the cart is emptied.
- Cookie choice — stores the decision you made in the cookie banner, so we do not ask again.
- Checkout and payment cookies set by Shopify on its own hosted checkout, which are governed by Shopify’s policy.
03Analytics
Loaded only if you accept. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and performance without cookies or cross-site identifiers. Where Google Analytics is enabled it is loaded only after consent, and never before.
04Changing your choice
Use the cookie banner to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Refusing costs you nothing: every part of this site works either way. You can also clear site data in your browser at any time, which resets the banner.
