Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of NOKOÏ SKIN products through this website. By placing an order you accept them as they stand at the time of the order.

They do not limit any statutory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence.

NOKOÏ SKIN products are cosmetic products. They are intended to support the appearance, hydration and comfort of skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Full ingredient lists are published on each product page. The list printed on the packaging you receive is always the authoritative one. Colours shown on screen are indicative and vary by display.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, an address cannot be served, a price was displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud or resale.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable VAT where indicated. Shipping is added and shown before payment. Duties and import taxes depend on the destination and are stated at checkout.

Payment is processed by Shopify. Card details are never entered on, transmitted through or stored by this website.

Destinations, carriers and delivery windows are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed may be excluded on hygiene grounds where the law permits. The Shipping & Returns page sets out the process.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us with a photograph. Statutory conformity rights apply and are not affected by the withdrawal period.

Follow the directions on the packaging and on the product page. Patch test if your skin is reactive. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and contact a healthcare professional if it persists. If a product causes a reaction, tell us and include the batch code.

The NOKOÏ name, the wordmark, the double-loop symbol, the packaging system, the photography and the text on this site belong to NOKOÏ SKIN. They may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

The law of the country in which NOKOÏ SKIN is established governs these terms, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first — write to us.
